Shipping & Returns
Payment: All orders are shipped after being paid for. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted.
Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice
Freight: We ship via FedEx: Ground, Next day air, Second day air and Third day air are available. Freight charges will be determined at time of checkout.
Damages in transit: Claim for merchandise damaged in transit must be filled with the delivery carrier. Please check all merchandise.
Returns: Approval must be secured from Glenny’s Services & Supply, Corp. before any merchandise may be returned. All returned goods will be subject to 15% restocking fee, unless our error is detected in shipping. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of delivery, in unused, new condition and in its original package. Copy of packing slip or receipt must accompany all returns. Refund will be issued to the original credit card within 1-2 billing cycles.
Warranties: Warranties are responsibility of each manufacturer not Glenny’s Services & Supply, Corp. We act as a dealer of several manufacturers; therefore you can contact the manufacturer directly. We provide assistance in the event that the manufacturer cannot be reach.
Liability:
Important Notice: The following is made in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied: Glenny’s Services & Supply’s only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product proved to be defective provided that such guarantees or replacement are stated policy of the manufacturer. Glenny’s Services & Supply and/or manufacturer shall not be liable for any injury , loss, or damage, direct, incidental or consequential, arising out of the use of or the inability to use and user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. The foregoing may not be altered except by an agreement signed by officers of Glenny’s Services & Supply, Corp.
Stocking: Glenny’s Services & Supply, Corp. maintains an adequate inventory of products. The appearance of a product in this website is not a guaranty that the item is “at stock” at any given time
Guarantees: Our policy regarding the above is covered under “liability” (see above) Glenny’s Services & Supply, Corp. will make every attempt to qualify all manufacturers’ product and solicits your aid in advising us of any product problems or deficiencies.
